  • Evermere Estate accommodates up to 350 guests — making it one of the largest private wedding venue in the Gatlinburg area. Events up to 150 guests are included in the base booking rate. An additional fee applies for 150–350 guests.

  • The primary space is a stunning 4,225 sq ft outdoor waterfront deck over a spring-fed pond. The 4 acres also offer additional lawn spaces. We strongly recommend arranging a tent vendor in advance for a rain-or-shine experience.

  • Yes, Evermere has onsite parking for 85 vehicles. No shuttle service necessary for most weddings.

  • Absolutely. The estate includes a full chef's kitchen, dining area, and outdoor courtyard fireplace.

  • A one night minimum stay is required for all wedding bookings, more than enough for your full wedding experience.

  • Yes! We currently have open dates for 2026 and excellent availability in 2027, including peak seasons. If you've had trouble booking other venues, reach out, we likely have your date.Item description

  • We’ve got you covered, literally. We recommend securing a professional tent rental for your event to ensure a seamless experience, rain or shine. Tents can be installed directly on the deck or on the surrounding grounds, allowing your ceremony, dinner, and dancing to continue beautifully regardless of the weather.

    Our team is happy to connect you with trusted tent vendors who are familiar with the property and can help bring your vision to life with a setup that feels just as elegant as a clear-day celebration.

  • We do not provide in-house wedding coordination services. You are welcome to bring your own wedding planner or coordinator — we simply provide the venue. We can recommend trusted local coordinators if needed.

  • Tables and chairs are not included with the venue rental. You will need to arrange rentals through a third-party vendor. We are happy to recommend local rental companies familiar with the property.

  • We do not have in-house catering. You are free to bring your own caterer or food vendors. The estate has a full chef's kitchen available for catering prep.

  • Yes, a security deposit is required for all event bookings. Details will be provided upon inquiry.

  • For events over 30 guests, luxury port-a-potties are included in your booking. Guests are not permitted to use the bathrooms inside the estate home during events.

  • Yes, you are welcome to bring your own beverages. Please ensure responsible service and consumption throughout your event.
